This mixed-use project in North Hollywood contains three stories of live/work units over ground level retail, with two stories of subterranean parking. The live/work lofts are flexible spaces with a minimum of interior partitions which maximize natural light via the use of floor-to-ceiling glazing and translucent wall panels. This project is part of the North Hollywood Redevelopment Project.
